Charlie has worked in the counseling field for over 15 years and he works with adults, couples, and adolescents. Charlie received his Master of Science Degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2004. He is licensed in the State of Tennessee as a Professional Counselor (LPC-MHSP) and is nationally certified as a Master Addiction Counselor (MAC). Charlie is also credentialed as a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) for the US Department of Transportation (DOT).
Charlie is a Past President for the Tennessee Association for Addiction Professionals (TAADAC), an association from which he received the 'Professional of the Year' award in 2014. He is an active member in local, state, and national professional associations and he has been a regular guest on local television and radio talk shows.
Liz has over 15 years of experience working in diverse roles in mental health, addictions, and human service programs. She works with individuals and groups addressing a wide range of mental health, addiction, and personal care needs. Liz is currently working only with adults.
Liz received Bachelor’s degrees in both Psychology and Sociology from the University of Northern Colorado in 2003 and moved to the Chattanooga area in 2004. She completed her Master's degree in Counseling from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2010. Liz is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-MHSP) in the State of Tennessee and she is nationally certified as a Master Addiction Counselor (MAC).
Liz is an active member and Past President of the Southeast Tennessee Association for Addiction Professionals (SETAADAC) and was honored in 2012 with their 'Counselor of the Year' award.
Leland has 2 decades of experience working in the addictions field and has spent the majority of his career working with dual diagnosis and impaired professionals. He is licensed in the State of Tennessee as an addiction counselor (LADAC-II) and is also a Qualified Clinical Supervisor (QCS). He is nationally certified through NADAAC (NCAC-I).
Leland's career has also provided him with the experience to provide program consultation and to share his knowledge of delivery systems, utilization management, and professional curriculum. He is very familiar with the local area and can make appropriate referrals as needed, to include varying levels of care and specialists outside the field of addiction counseling. Leland is a Past President of the Southeast Tennessee Association for Addiction Professionals (SETAADAC).
Mollie received her Master of Education degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2014. She is licensed in the State of Tennessee as a Professional Counselor (LPC-MHSP) and has been working in the mental health field for over 4 years.
Mollie has experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and their families in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She is experienced in working with a variety of needs such as depression, anxiety, bi-polar, trauma, parenting, and transitions in life.
Tiffany is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in Tennessee and Florida. She graduated from the Advanced Placement Master's Program with honor at the University of Southern Indiana in 1998, and has 21 years of experience in the field of Social Work. Her specialties include trauma, PTSD, grief, difficult life adjustments, anxiety, depression, and sexual issues. She utilizes many different modalities of treatment to meet the needs of each client.
She is trained in Rapid Resolution Therapy, certified by the National Board of Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, and also certified in Trauma Informed Hypnotherapy. She has received specialized training in BAUD therapy, which is a type of bio-feedback that can assist clients with anxiety, trauma, addictions and ADHD issues. Each individual's treatment plan is tailored to meet specific needs in a safe, secure, calming environment.

She provides a compassionate approach to therapy and has a special interest in utilizing holistic approaches incorporating mind, body and spirit as tools in treatment.
Adam has over 20 years experience in the counseling profession in multiple inpatient and outpatient settings. He completed his Masters of Science Degree in Counseling from the University of Tennessee in 1998. Adam is a Tennessee Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/MHSP) and nationally certified Master Addiction Counselor (MAC). Adam works with adults, couples, and groups. By drawing from a wealth of clinical experiences, he partners with clients to facilitate healing, growth and recovery.
Adam has facilitated many accredited mental health and substance abuse workshops, conferences, and trainings. Adam has engaged in local, state, and regional professional services and program coordination as well as clinical supervision of interns and other professionals. He is an avid lover of the outdoors and embarks on mountain backpack trips often.

Janelle Edmondson, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC completed her training at Southern Adventist University, receiving a Master's degree in Advanced Nursing Practice as a Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She was inducted into the Nursing Honor Society, Sigma Theta Tau, as well as the National Honor Society. Janelle is local to the Chattanooga area and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the Tennessee Suicide Prevention Network, and the National Alliance on Mental Illness, among other mental health advocacy organizations.
Her areas of specialty for adults include anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, attention deficit disorders, bipolar disorder, addiction, grieving, and other mood disorders.
